1. Tor Browser will not work because the new Firefox ESR 128 will not be compatible with these versions of Windows.
2. lyrebird which is written in Go and is used for bridges and other censorship circumvention methods built into Tor Browser will also cease to work at some point as Go has dropped support for older versions of Windows.
